BCPA is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that was created in 1981. The mission of BCPA is to maintain an active role in reducing and preventing crime in the Bloomington community. Our efforts are carried out through education, volunteerism and community partnerships. BCPA has distributed more than $500,000 in grants to local crime prevention efforts.
